After having opened restaurants all over the world, renowned restaurnateur and Chef Peter Birkwieser set out to design the perfect beach side restaurant. Peter incorporated his philosophy of "perfect imperfection" into everything from the architecture, to the style of service to the cusine. The result was Tippy's, a collection of Interlocking, open-sided gazebos that are tied together with wrap-around dining verandah. The broad bar is made o weathered wood from an old dock; the tables are old shutters from the Polatch Club adn the floor has the watercolour effect of stained concrete. From all tables, diners can enjoy spectacular views over the most stunning beach in the Bahamas island of Eleuthera.
